Proposal

The Weaviate project started publishing releases to their own container registry and switched to it as the default option: cr.weaviate.io/semitechnologies/weaviate. The project documentation only includes this new container registry among the installation options: https://weaviate.io/developers/weaviate/installation/docker-compose

The Testcontainers Weaviate module should support both the Weaviate own container registry (default) and Docker Hub (alternative for backward comaptibility).
