About The Pull Request

Buffs the machine pistol, standard smg and heavy smg

Why It's Good For The Game

These guns have fallen off pretty hard post xeno buffs. Although, in general, buffing things in response to other things is powercrepe and bad, I do think these three need it.

Overall, they have higher rof with lower damage per bullet and higher falloff, which should push a niche of close range DPS on low armor targets, and the additional mag capacity should help out a bit with maintaining that DPS

Squash head falloff was weirdly high, so I lowered it as well.

I foresee zero issues with giving the 1 handed guns higher DPS and sunder than most rifles that require 2 hands and have slowdown.
Especially no issue one handing with vali, or juggling 20 MP-19's.

Man seriously nerfs most of the smgs in the game.

Even with the emergency things you did this is still more or less a net nerf. The gain isn't that great compared to how much more ammo you now have to use. I'd rather just give smgs more mag capacity overall

this is gonna be very strong for 1h vali rushers (me).
