This PR addresses these issues about adblocking:
Ad blocking was (wrongly) limited to network blocking (due to a missing preload script that prevented cosmetic filters to work - there was no injection of custom CSS/JS), this PR fixes it and also adds main filter lists from uBlock Origin in default sources. It also updates the adblocker dependency.
