🧬 Bioinformatician | Software Developer
I work at the intersection of biology and technology, leveraging my expertise in molecular biology, genetics, drug discovery and software development to unlock the potential of genetic data.
I am currently engaged in a multiomic analysis project focused on hematopoietic stem cells (HSC). This work not only challenges my technical abilities but also deepens my passion for computational biology and its potential to transform biological research.
Recently, I developed VariACT, a client-based, user-friendly app for genetic variant classification using ACMG guidelines (2015) and Tavtigian's Bayesian framework (2018). Built with HTML, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
I'm on a continuous journey to enhance my skills in software development and statistical analysis, aiming to develop user-friendly tools to help the academic community.
