Bugfixes for character chat stuff; Can now export Conversations, not just characters.
XML ingestion into the media DB + chunking support for XML documents. (nothing fancy)
Global API default setting in config.txt; Can now set a default API to use on all API dropdown selections throughout the app;
Anki apkg file verification/validation - in support of structured generation of anki cards/apkg files for use in the app/outside it.
Updated the README to use curl for windows and removed the
&&usage as well for windows.
