Rename ramonimbao folder to rmi_kb

Description

I would like to stop using my personal name as the folder for my keyboards, and instead use my brand name.

I've renamed the src/ramonimbao folder to src/rmi_kb, and the v3/ramonimbao folder to v3/rmi_kb. The files within are untouched.

The PR has been merged to the develop branch in QMK already. develop is expected to merge to master by 2023 Feb 26, according to the QMK Breaking Changes document.
