Hi, I am wondering whether the output of scv.utils.get_cell_transitions is stored somewhere in the object and how I can access it?
I would like to get the IDs of the endpoint cells to trace the fate of individual cells and am not sure how to access that information. If I am not mistaken, I can specify individual cells to trace by selecting a starting_cell, but I would like to export the cell ids of the endpoints. Any help is greatly appreciated!
