CHL support

Once again we support games from CHL for the "lucky" teams that attend in that tournament. It was at least fun to visit Bratislava.

Historical data

Include the two last completed seasons besides current season.

Readd feature for redirect

Set REDIRECT_TO to force a redirect if the requested domain is not correct.

Completely rewritten in Python (a language I mostly understand). The code can and will improve further on but it works and are ready for the next hockey season! 🏒🐍
