This should simplify the way we publish
thirdweb-aiandthirdweb-mcp, linking both by their deps, and automatically updating version to match. Also add's some CI for linting + testing.PUBLISHING.md has some information about the expected flow.
I couldn't test this as a branch, as I think only the main branch allows workflows? This may also be overcomplicating it slightly.
