[UX]: Truncated Text

Please describe the usability issue.

The text that is truncated needs to have more descriptions of whats happening with the interactions on the dashboard.

Why is this a problem?

It makes it difficult without it to understand whats going on in the website

Do you have a suggested fix?

Add a javascript module to handle all of the hover interactions, which should describe what to do with each selectable section
