ESM cache not cleared during an upgrade #20

Bug Report

Description

After upgrading log4brains to a newer version, the ESM cache is not cleared.
As a result, the old code is still executing.

Issue encountered for now only on macOS. Haven't tried yet on other platforms.

Same issue when fixing #27.
I has to use this workaround to upgrade:

npm uninstall -g log4brains
npm install -g log4brains
