There were a number of instances where I was checking for the absence of the TFT flag rather than the presence of the IIC flag to enable IIC functionality. This resolves that. One side effect of this is that compilation will no longer work if neither BREWPI_TFT or BREWPI_IIC is set where previously it would have defaulted to the IIC code.
There is a race condition with GitHub actions where concurrent runs will result in the failure to attach artifacts to the draft release. This should help prevent that.
