From discussion with Jeff Edmunds further to his blog post:

  • Add field 856 subfield 7 with value 0, as an additional representation of OA status
  • Consider starting 001 field with something that marks the record origin as Thoth (cf OAPEN MARC); currently it's just the work ID, which isn't immediately meaningful to the reader.
