v1.0 - NPU_simple release

It contains all parts of NPU, but there are still many improvements.

v0.1 - arithmetic part release

Overall structure of arithmetic part is completed. But, there are many improvements for efficiency.

For example, some adders in low bit are unnecessary , because their low bit outputs are not used. So they must be replaced by more simple module.
