The basic workflow generated by GitHub. No custom changes.
The prototype exists in the prototype branch where the experimentation work will continue. In the root of this repository, we will keep the production version.

This PR sets up basic Go GitHub Actions workflow building, testing, and checking code formatting.
The prototype code was removed from the
mainbranch. The prototype exists in theprototypebranch where the experimentation work will continue. Inmain, we will keep the production code version.The tests job is not passing given there are no tests right now. I am not enabling mandatory checks yet so that we can merge this PR.
