Quoted Strings ignore escape sequences

Quoted strings in the RFC are defined as follows:

quoted = DQUOTE *1024QUOTED-CHAR DQUOTE  
         ;; limited to 1024 octets between the <">s

QUOTED-CHAR = SAFE-UTF8-CHAR / "\" QUOTED-SPECIALS

QUOTED-SPECIALS = DQUOTE / "\"

The backslash is used as a escape character but escape sequences are ignored see:
