This mostly passes
contoas.sql()in some places (it is not really needed intranslate-sql-window.Rbut doesn't harm there either) so thatcomputeworks with schemas.I also noticed that
sql_table_index()andsql_query_wrap()didn't work with schemas so I fixed them as well.
