What problem does this PR solve?
deadlock-enableanddeadlock-disablein Makefile is too slow.What is changed and how it works?
The reason is that
goimportsis slow, and the origin script do this on every*.gofiles. The new script did three changes:MutexandRWMutexin one commandgoimports(the main improve)goimportsonce with all changed filesCheck List
Tests
