This PR adds
example_mha_inference.py, which implements FlashDecoding in the Multi-Head Attention mechanism to optimize inference performance.Documentation Updates:
example_mha_inference.py: Added new example documentation.
layout.cc: Removed unnecessary checks.
fragment.py: Fixed Fragment initialization bugs when forward_index = None.
