Flicker in safari in iOS 8, but it works in WebView control, I don't understand, could you please address this issue?

Apple changed the whole scrolling behaviour of safari in iOS 8.
But the flickering should be a lot better with commit a661178 .

No, still flicker but with lower frequency.

Whilst scrolling down or up holding the screen, the screen flickers. Any known solutions for this?
