Edit Config - Items - Deleting any item always deletes the last item

When clicking the delete icon on an item, it seems to always delete the bottom most item instead of the item i clicked on.
Steps:
Create 2 top level items:

1. Name: Test1
2. Name: Test2
   Click Save.
   When you go back into the editor and Delete Test1, Test1 will expand and Test2 will have been deleted.

Tested on Chrome 72 on MacOS 10.14.
