I found your project while searching for macros4outlook. I took the time to split-up the sourceforge project into several projects in a new GitHub organization: https://github.com/macros4outlook/.
The most important project is still QuoteFixMacro.
This PR adds a pointer to that and highlights your new feature.
Another proposal could be that you fork https://github.com/macros4outlook/quotefixmacro/ and port your patch to there. In case you would submit a pull request, I would ask you to write-up some documentation on the usage - and disable the feature as default (as the feature requires an Azure Key, which needs to be put into the configuration)
