There are 3 ways to get the CharacterOwnerHash

• SSO v1 https://login.eveonline.com/oauth/verify
• SSO v2 https://login.eveonline.com/v2/oauth/token
• ESI Meta Spec https://esi.evetech.net/verify/

All of them need a valid token or authorization code from the SSO callback URL. Therefore, it is not possible for the cron job to do this, as all tokens of a character that has been transferred to another EVE account are invalid (at least I hope so).

When the new owner logs in with his new character, this is recognized and the character is moved to a new Core account.

If not, the character must be manually removed from the player account. I will add new options to the user admin interface: reason for the deletion, so that a corresponding "Removed Character" item can be created in the database.

A character transfer (to another player) can be confirmed at the Character Bazaar.
