allows Lrnr_gam to use glm family objects as described in mgcv's documentation notes
add "quasibinomial" as an option (treated as regression) for Lrnr_svm, bypassing breaking when set


          fix quasibinomial checks in Lrnr_gam and Lrnr_svm
