StormBot-Rewrite

Updated version of StormBot. Running the latest Discord.py

All private constants are stored in a seperate file called 'StormBot.config'. The file should be placed alongside the StormBotRewrite.py file.

Install Discord Rewrite using the command:

python -m pip install -U git+https://github.com/Rapptz/discord.py@rewrite
