Updated CyberGhost version from 1.3.4 to 1.4.1 Cleaned up run commands
Added the ability to customize the COUNTRY and ARGS though variables. Added Smart DNS Selection to the nameserver list. DNS Servers can be found here for reference https://support.cyberghostvpn.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012002360
Added IP stats to show VPN connection info Added version check of the run.sh script and updater
