Printing doesn't work properly on Firefox

FF is still not working right. I took an old test from last year and using all defaults, the scoresheet fell off the first page. When I went down to 99%, the scoresheet was OK, but page numbers are not printing right. The questions all look OK. Note: I am on linux and my version of FF is:
