This update brings official support for OS 2.14.3.977 to toltec.

2.14.3.958 and 2.14.3.1005 will have partial support, but will not be listed as supported on the website due to lack of support in ddvk-hacks.

Merge toltec-dev/web#11 after this is done and the new packages are published.

Tested ddvk-hacks, koreader, template-node-grid and display on the rM 2 2.14.3.1047.

display: Since my current version is not yet supported, I added the offsets mentioned in this ddvk/remarkable2-framebuffer#18 (comment) to my /opt/etc/rm2fb.conf and they worked fine for me.

koreader: worked fine for me

ddvk-hacks: Told me that it doesn't support my version when updating.

template-noso-grid: Installed fine, new templates appear in the "custom" category and seem to work fine (empty preview, but template works when selected).

So kinda tested. I doubt display stuff would break on the rM 2 as long as one has a supported version or can get one from the "does not work on my remarkable" issue.
