This is better for using these functions within others
added raw eye gaze from one participant (100 trials) for a simple "human contingency learning" task (Beesley et al., 2015 - QJEP). Added "behavioural response" data which gives trial conditions, and crucially the cue_order (whether P cue was on the left or right)
Set smooth to default false as it is closer to the dispersion algorithm
M1V0 and others added 29 commits September 23, 2024 11:04
swapped a return for stop() in interpolate
added an NA catch in fixation_VTI
formatted conditional_transform
correct style of unit tests (independent of datasets)
Fixed cond_column treatment, updated example
removed failing check
AOI_seq(): make the trial number numeric, not a factor; add a "entry_n" column (simply 1:n() for each trial) so we have a numeric representation of how many entries and we can filter by entry number; rename "AOI_entry_seq" column to "AOI"
AOI_time: time columns as numeric
Added in a drift algorithm to ensure fixations are grouped correctly
