Fixing issue with disabling remote avatars in ACP

Cached avatars are not renewed when the user change the avatar. The old one is still displayed. |

Fixing issue with disabling remote avatars in ACP
this is same as #12 but there is a new fix (when you disable remote avatars in ACP it wont break last poster avatars). Thank you @effone for your input and fix!
