Is it possible to define a fixed timezone for an entity?

Example:
I create a calendar for Entity 1 (located in US), the timezone should be Central Time, then, I create a calendar for Entity 2 (located in Spain), the timezone should be Central Europe.
When I choose each Time range for each calendar, which timezone is using? I can not define a timezone for an Entity. How is calculated the Statistics if a ticket was created for a user in Entity 1? what about an user in Entity 2?

Hello @pablitobin
I've never tested the Calendars in our installation.
And the Close times work well, as they are stored in the DB as TIMESTAMP, which can manage correctly the timezones (you have to configure the DB server like explained in the wiki).

Hi @tomolimo, I never answer you back, sorry.
My question is regarding how CALENDARS works in GLPI. I mean, If I create different calendars for different entities, all Calendars use the same time zone defined globally for glpi instance or is there any way to different timezone per each "calendar"?

Hello @pablitobin

I've never tested the calendars with the Timezone plugin.
Dates are stored in the DB as TIMESTAMP data, which are independant of the time zone (as if they were stored in UTC tz).

You may do a test of the calendars and with the TZ plugin.

Thank you

Tomolimo
