Hello @pablitobin
Currently it is not possible with the plugin to do this. Thank you, |
How Calendars and Close times work? If I have 2 different countries with
different timezone, should I create them using server timezone?

Hello @pablitobin |
Hi @tomolimo, I never answer you back, sorry. |
Hello @pablitobin I've never tested the calendars with the Timezone plugin. You may do a test of the calendars and with the TZ plugin. Thank you |
Is it possible to define a fixed timezone for an entity?
Example:
I create a calendar for Entity 1 (located in US), the timezone should be Central Time, then, I create a calendar for Entity 2 (located in Spain), the timezone should be Central Europe.
When I choose each Time range for each calendar, which timezone is using? I can not define a timezone for an Entity. How is calculated the Statistics if a ticket was created for a user in Entity 1? what about an user in Entity 2?
