Toolbar filters stay visible after logout #1540

Expected behavior
Filters should not be visible after logout.
Actual behavior
Filters stay visible.
Steps to reproduce the problem
- Login with manager's credentials.
- Click the filters button to open the toolbar filters.
- Logout.
