[$60] Navigation is jumping when loading Connect #1695
Description
When I first load Connect, the navigation is resizing and loading notifications later than the rest of the items. This causes jumping around and is not pleasant for the user.
Expected: The navigation would be rendered correctly with all elements at the same time, no jumping.
Also, the icons on the project navigation are not following the state changes (hover, active) along with the text. Let's fix the navigation and all other elements that are jumping around. This is pretty disturbing.
