1. Go to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Log in with pshah_manager/topcoder123
   3.Create the project.
   4.Go To Project specification
   5.Upload a file
   6.Click “Save Changes” button
   7.Now click edit in uploaded file
   8.add note and Save

Expected Result

Window-Manager –upload file notes should be viewable, If we Edit the Note section after the “Save Changes”

Actual Result
