Reproduction Steps

1. Go to https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/
2. Log in with pshah_manager/topcoder123
   3.Create the project.
   4.Go To Project specification
   5.Click File and upload MP4 file and test File
   6.Click Edit and rename the file name
   7.Now try to click the uploaded link file name

Expected Result

Window-Manager – After uploading, Should allow to click and Download files after editing the file name

Actual Result

Window-Manager – After uploading, Not able to click and Download files after editing the file name
