Old notification is not displayed when user dismiss one item, Only 4 displayed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the web application
2. Login as a valid user (pshah_manager/topcoder123)
3. Go to the 'Dashboard'
4. Click on Notification symbol
5. Check a section that has 6 notifications
6. Mark one notification as read
7. How only 4 is displayed

Actual Result(s)

• Old notification is not displayed when user dismiss one item, Only 4 displayed

Expected Result(s)

• Dismissing notification ≤ 5 would cause an old notification to be displayed and older count to be decreased.
