Notifications are not redirecting on tap

Expected behavior

When I tap on a notification from the menu, I should be redirected to the target page

Actual behavior

Not working

@vic-topcoder we don't have all the target pages for mobile (like specifications, discussions) so can we implement this later when we can support all pages?

I'd rather display the placeholder on the notifications pointing to missing pages, but would love to navigate people to discussions.

@gondzo looks like notifications are not triggered now:

• I've added copilot to the project by the manager, neither manager nor copilot got notifications
• I've created a post in the project and commented by the copilot to managers post and vice-verse, neither of them got notifications

Note, that I've got the latest updates from the dev branch, related to the notifications.

looks like messaging notifications are generated correctly, but anything that's coming from project service is not. I'll look into this @maxceem
