When press search on screen keyboard, keyboard doesn't hide

Actual behavior

When type in the search field and press Enter button on the screen keyboard on mobile device. Search is performed but screen keyboard stays.

Expected behavior

Keyboard should hide, when we click Enter on the screen keyboard.

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Login as power user which has the ability to search for projects.
• Open project list https://connect.topcoder-dev.com/projects
• Type anything in the search field
• Press Enter key on the screen keyboard
• Search is performed, but keyboard stays

Environment

The same behavior can be reproduced using Andoird phone and iPad.

It can be fixed in the react-compoenent/components/SearchBar.

@maxceem let's fix this by hiding the keyboard once the search is performed. keyboard should appears once user taps on search area.
