Deprecate usage of `Owner` term for primary customers

As per discussion in https://marvelapp.com/8a94680#41500618/comments/5cd24035-84dc-44c8-b1a5-d8c83f636a34, we have to remove the usage of Owner term from the team management and anywhere we are using the Owner capacity.
