[Team Management 2.0] Inviting already invited user fails without clear error message

Expected behavior

It should show the error with message that user is already invited

Actual behavior

It seems the API request is timing out in this case

Steps to reproduce the problem

• Try to invite already invited user and observe the Network calls and console for error logs
