Payment is sent to the copilot instead of the assigned member

Overview

When I copy/paste the member account into the Assign to field, the payment is processed to the copilot's account instead of member account even in the Payment tool it shows the member's username.

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy/paste member's username into the Assign to field and don't click the suggestion. You would see that members name in the Assign to field.

   

2. Finish the other form field and submit.

3. The form would be successfully processed but both payments would go to the copilot's account instead of the member's account:

   

Possible solutions

1. The best solution would be if it would just work as expected: we copy/pasted the exact member's username, so we don't have to select a suggestion and payment goes to the user.
2. If the above is technically complicated or has big drawbacks we can show some error that member for payment is not selected instead of sending the payment to the copilot's user.
