Remove header and sidebar on group add message

When a member is added to a Gitlab or Github group, we don't want to give them access to TC-X. So, this screen shouldn't have the sidebar or header, and the user shouldn't be logged into TC-X afterwards. We just want to show the success message, but a normal user won't have access to any TC-X functionality.
