[$60] Search not global on user mappings

@afrisalyp - on prod we're seeing the search on user mappings not work real well - it seems to filter only the current page. That's not helpful on prod, which has thousands of users. Can we update this to be more global please, preferably on the server-side?

Do we expect flexible search on this feature?
It seems it will need to do scan all the data to find the matched result.
The query with indexes can only be done with an exact query.

Is it okay? Any thought on this?

I think a scan is fine - this functionality will only be used by admins, so it won't be a huge performance hit.

Currently, the search is based on the topcoder username only.

Do we expect that the query will be applied on the github and gitlab username too?
