Steps

1. Navigate to x.topcoder-dev.com in an incognito window
2. Login with jcori / appirio123
3. Click Project Management
4. Click Manage on a project in the list

Note that the project fails to load. The fields aren't filled in properly and an error is seen in the JS console:

The page should load normally. Note that the same problem happens on the Add Project page as well.
