Update Travis CI configuration to allow use of version for components

We need to start using version in react-components and tc-ui so that changes will be distributed on npm i, and also for keeping consistency. Currently Travis CI has a problem with version upgrades.

We also can use version to lock components on different apps, which would make it easy to version lock the development
