An Android application for look up vehicle identification number against Norwegian Public Roads Administrator, also known as Staten vegvesen.
- Added SurfaceView for Camera. Working on ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition).
- Added an Activity for Camera.
- Change variable names to norwegian.
- Added some JavaDoc; Slagvolum.java and Motorytelse.java.
