Lancache Manifest download issues

getting errors while downloading manifests at all stages of using application, select-apps, prefill & benchmark as discussed on discord 14/4/2023

default setup lancache, lancachedns, lancache prefill all in docker on an unraid server with a 50mb/s internet connection

debugging attempted so far as discussed,
lancache prefil from docker - nocache, benchmark 1 app, benchmark all - same issues
lancache prefill from windows - nocache, benchmark 1 app, benchmark all, all tests through a vpn as well - same issues
lancache prefill from remote server on 1gb/s connection - nocache, select-app, benchmark all - same issues

posible contributing factors
Location - sydney australia & ISP caching (tried through vpn to other countries with same problem so unsure this is contributing factor)
