Support latest test.guide versions

Description

As user I want to use the newest test.guide versions and docker images

Acceptance Criteria

• test.guide helm chart works with latest test.guide version
• test.guide helm chart works with the new UBI9 based docker image
• test.guide helm chart still works with the old test.guide docker image
• defaults are set for the UBI9 based test.guide docker image
• documentation contains information on how to configure the test.guide helm chart to use the old test.guide docker image
• internal test got updated to use the latest test.guide version with the new UBI9 based image
