directives and experiments collection in mongodb deserve review and renaming #591

directives collection would become experiments2
experiments would stop to exist because of remove the experiment API(s) create/conclude #590
mongodb indexes need to be reviewed accordingly
current experiments collection is not going to be removed from the server, but simply ignored because the config/settings.json whould map 'experiments':'experiments2'
