I'm building a version of
jupyter-themerusingcondafor conda-forge. When possible, we try to include a link to the license file in themeta.yamlspecification for the build; doing so requires the license be indexed in an explicitMANIFEST.infile so that it gets included in the source distribution.This pull creates a manifest that should include both the license and the readme with future source bundles.
